CAB’s Deputy Manager Ivan Cruz says the Restoring Family Values campaign aims to promote respect, trust, support and love. So that collectively we can build a better community.

The Campaign was launched after CAB realised the number of people seeking assistance with family problems went up by five per cent since the pandemic.

CAB says the lack of family values and sense of belonging is a social issue which has been growing and evident among the public over the past few years, with social isolation.

The Bureau was joined by a number of charities and organisations who are working with it to promote social values and the importance of Family.

Previous initiatives included “Tips for a Better Christmas”, “Adopt a Grandparent for Christmas” and ‘Tackling loneliness”

CAB says the aim is to create awareness in the community on the importance of family values, giving people a sense of belonging.
