📖 About the Author

Mark Anthony Brown began his storytelling journey writing whimsical bedtime tales for his grandchildren. What started as simple stories grew into The Evergreen Wood Tales, a magical series loved by young readers for its wonder-filled adventures and vibrant illustrations. The first book, Rusty Bush and the Golden Acorn, opened the door to an enchanting world that keeps growing with each new tale.

As a father, Mark’s favourite moments included reading The Hobbit aloud to his two young sons—an experience that sparked the storytelling fire that continues to this day.

Building on that inspiration, he launched The Moonlit Bookstore Collection, a fantasy short-story collection for readers aged 8–12, where imagination leaps off the page.

Currently, he’s working on a new series: The Tales of Mischief and Mayhem—packed with magic, mischief, and heart.
